Progress management for each frame in line molding for foundries! The schedule created on the computer is reflected in the molding instructions of the on-site PLC (sequencer).

The casting line information management system is a system (MES) that creates a manufacturing schedule and controls the production line by communicating with the PLC (programmable logic controller). At the timing of replacing the old computer system with a Windows environment, we improved the functionality to manage progress at the unit level instead of by lot.
